DocCentral provides a document management platform including PDF viewing, digital signatures, form processing, and related services through our web application and API.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purposes
  • Upload malicious content or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

DocCentral and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DocCentral and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any documents and content you upload to DocCentral. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content as necessary to provide our services.

7. API Usage

  • API keys are for your use only and must not be shared
  • Rate limits apply and may vary by plan
  • We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations

8. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocCentral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
