What counts as a document?
A document is counted each time a file is uploaded for processing. Re-processing the same file counts as a new document. Viewing already-processed documents does not count against your limit.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my document limit?
We will notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed your limit, additional documents are charged at $0.10 per document for Starter and $0.05 per document for Pro plans.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes, all paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You will only be charged after the trial period ends if you choose to continue.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and offer invoice-based billing for Enterprise customers.
